The cuisine you’ll enjoy at Casana is inspired by our natural surroundings. We focus on delicious local ingredients such as fresh fish and seafood, tasty salads, and organic vegetables. Our rates include breakfast, lunch, and dinner at our Restaurant, and we offer a snack menu throughout the day.
Our Chef creates daily menus based on the freshest ingredients available in the region and the guest’s profile. He can, of course, accommodate vegetarians and vegans, as well as any allergies or dietary restrictions, if you let us know in advance. The Casana restaurant is for the exclusive use of our guests.

Hotel Casana is located just 20 minutes by car from Jericoacoara Airport (JJD), which offers direct daily flights from São Paulo. Another option is arriving via Fortaleza International Airport (FOR), served by direct connections from destinations such as Buenos Aires, Santiago, Lisbon, Miami, Paris, and Madrid.
From Fortaleza, the trip to Casana takes about four hours by car or one hour by helicopter. It’s also possible to fly between Fortaleza Airport and Jericoacoara Airport in around 45 minutes by turboprop aircraft, or 30 minutes by jet.
